1. The use of anchor bolts: 1. The fixed anchor bolts are also called short anchor bolts, which are cast together with the foundation. For fixing equipment without strong vibration and shock.

3. Expansion anchor bolts are usually used to fix static simple equipment or auxiliary equipment. The installation of expansion anchor bolts should meet the following requirements: the distance from the center of the bolt to the edge of the foundation is not less than 7 times the diameter of the expansion anchor bolt. The foundation strength of the expansion anchor bolts should not be less than 10MPa. There should be no cracks in the drilled holes. Take care to prevent the drill bit from colliding with the steel pipe and buried pipe in the foundation. The diameter and depth of the drilled hole should match the expansion bolt.

When vibration occurs, double nuts should be used to fix it, or other effective anti-loosening measures should be taken, but the anchoring length of the anchor bolts should be 5d longer than the non-anchoring length. The fixing method of the anchor bolts during use is very important, but the reasonable use of the anchor bolts will produce appropriate errors. But it must be within the specified range, of course, there are also precautions when using anchor bolts. Here are four main things to look out for when using anchor bolts. 1. After the anchor bolts, casings and anchor plates enter the factory, they should actively cooperate with the manufacturer, construction unit, quality supervision station, and supervision department to conduct serious acceptance of their quality, quantity and related technical data. Any problems found should be reported to the manufacturer and construction unit immediately and recorded. 2. Anchor bolts, casings and fixing plates that have passed the acceptance inspection shall be properly kept by the material design department. Must be protected from rain, rust and damage and clearly marked. 3. Before installing the anchor bolts, the construction technicians should be carefully familiar with the construction drawings, review drawings and construction plans.
